Our Crispy Quinoa bar starts with a new 70% dark chocolate made with the exceptional cocoa beans sourced from our friends at Kokoa Kamili in Tanzania, known for their bright, clean, and deeply expressive cocoa. We pair that vibrant chocolate with organic puffed quinoa for a delicate, airy crunch that transforms every bite.
This bar also marks a new chapter in our process. By introducing the quinoa directly into our tempering machine, we’re able to evenly coat each crisp with chocolate, creating a uniquely light texture without overpowering the cocoa’s natural complexity.
The result is a balanced bar: rich and chocolate-forward, with subtle nutty notes and a gentle crisp that keeps you coming back for another bite.
