This limited-edition 70% Thailand Dark Chocolate is a rare chance to taste a cacao origin that few people ever encounter. Grown in the lush Chanthaburi region of Thailand, these beans come from Khun Suriya Chaisutti and his wife, Khun Boom, who have been thoughtfully farming cacao for more than a decade.
In the bar, you’ll find bright tropical fruit notes up front, followed by a gentle citrus acidity and a soft hint of ripe banana that lingers on the finish.
We were only able to source a single bag of these beans, making this a truly limited release. Once these bars are gone, they won’t return. If you love discovering new origins and savoring chocolate with a sense of place, this is one to enjoy while it lasts!
