We have made a few 80% bars over the years but our favorite has been working with the folks at Kokoa Kamili in Tanzania. Kokoa Kamili works with 3000 smallholder farms and pays a premium directly to the farmers for their fresh cacao. Good for the farmers and good for the chocolate!
